Privacy Policy
We collect as little as possible. This page explains exactly what that is.
Who we are
Painless, Inc. (“Painless,” “we,” “us”) helps businesses modernize their ERP, CRM and spreadsheets without rip-and-replace. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit painless.dev, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact details are at the end of this policy.
What this site collects
painless.dev is a static informational website. It has no accounts, no sign-up forms, and no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not set cookies.
When you load the site, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages you requested, and the time of the request. We use these logs only to keep the site running, secure, and available.
Information you send us
The only way to share information with us through this site is by email. If you contact us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use that information to respond to you and, if you ask about Painless, to follow up about a demo or evaluation.
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Third-party services
The site uses the following third parties, each of which may receive your IP address and basic request metadata when the page loads:
- Hostinger, which hosts the site and generates the server logs described above.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on the site. Google's handling of this data is described in its own privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone else for their own marketing.
The Painless product
This policy covers the website only. The Painless product runs inside a customer's own environment and connects to the customer's existing ERP, CRM and spreadsheet systems. Data handled by the product is governed by the agreement between Painless and that customer, not by this policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children
The site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on this page for a reasonable period.
